Nancy’s Therapy Services
Nancy’s Clinical Approach:
My approach to working with clients is relational, individualized, and strength‑based. I believe healing begins in a supportive environment where individuals feel safe to express thoughts and emotions, gain insight, and make sense of their experiences. From this place of understanding, we work collaboratively to create a path toward growth, healing, and meaningful change. As part of this process, we establish thoughtful goals that may include work outside of sessions, allowing therapeutic progress to continue between appointments.
Treatment begins with developing a comprehensive understanding of your history and current concerns. I am trained in multiple therapeutic modalities, and together we determine the approach that best supports your needs and goals. My work is compassionate, respectful, and goal‑oriented, with an emphasis on collaboration and empowerment.
I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating a wide range of emotional and relational challenges, as well as those seeking deeper self‑discovery and personal growth. My goal is to support clients in moving toward lives that feel more fulfilling, meaningful, and aligned.

Family Therapy
Family therapy provides a supportive space for families to improve communication, understand one another more deeply, and work through patterns that may be contributing to conflict or disconnection. Sessions focus on strengthening relationships, increasing empathy, and developing healthier ways of interacting as a family unit.
I work collaboratively with families to identify goals, address challenges, and build practical tools that support more balanced and connected relationships both in and outside of therapy.
Telehealth Services
I also offer online counseling for clients who may not have access to appropriate care locally or who are unable to attend in‑person sessions. Using a secure, HIPAA‑compliant platform, clients can engage in therapy from a private, comfortable setting of their choice.
Supervision for Eating Disorder Certification
I provide clinical supervision for professionals seeking certification and advanced training in the treatment of eating disorders. Supervision focuses on developing clinical competence, strengthening diagnostic understanding, and deepening evidence-based treatment skills.
My approach is supportive, collaborative, and grounded in real-world clinical experience. I aim to help clinicians build confidence, refine their therapeutic approach, and provide high-quality, ethical care for individuals struggling with eating disorders and related concerns.
Eating Disorder Consultation Service
I believe full recovery from an eating disorder is possible and it typically requires a multi-disciplinary team to treat effectively. Many people state that they treat eating disorders but have no formal training or true experience. A possible life-threatening illness requires a team of professionals such as a psychiatrist, therapist, nutritionist and counselor. I assist in establishing the care team and coordinating the treatment options should a higher level of care be necessary. I hope to take the marketing out of the process and focus on the individual’s clinical needs to develop the best possible team to assist in the process of healing.
PLPC Supervision for Licensure
One of the aspects of my career I have most enjoyed is training and mentoring therapists. I provide supervision for Missouri and Texas licensure for clinicians working toward their Professional Counseling license, offering support through case conceptualization, ethical practice, and the integration of evidence‑based approaches, with a focus on confidence and professional development.
